Download Software Updates
From time to time EPS releases updates to our software packages. Clients who have
an active maintenance agreement are able to download these patches at any time
and update their systems.
If you have an active maintenance agreement and wish to use this service please
contact us by phone or email (see contact details below) and we will provide you
with a User ID and password.
Before updating your system we recommend that all clients:
- Only update your system if you have encountered a software issue
that is affecting your use of the software.
- Contact the EPS Help desk to confirm applicability of the Service pack to your situation.
- Make a backup of the software and data in question before attempting any upgrade

Service Packs
EPS Professional Version 5 Service Pack - Progress Database
(Windows NT/2000 and Progress 9.1c systems Only)
This self extracting service pack is compatible with EPS Professional Version 5 or later and
will update your EPS Professional V5 system to the latest release.
The installation instructions are contained in the Readme.txt file.
You should download and review this file prior to installation to ensure the

Download Instructions
- Begin by identifying a directory on your drive to which you will save the file.
- Click the link for the file you wish to download. If you are using Internet Explorer
you will need to Right click and select "Save Target As" for the Readme.txt file.
- Your Web browser (Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) will ask how you would
like to handle the file.
- Choose to save the file to disk. Depending on your browser, wording may vary
(e.g., "Save to Disk," "Save File," or "Save it to disk" are typical choices.).
- Choose the directory in (a) as the location on your computer for your file.
- The filename of the compressed file appears in the Save As dialog box .
- Click either OK or Save, whichever choice your browser gives you.
