Scope of Supply
EPS Lease Administration services address the following general tasks but can
be expanded depending on customer requirements:
- Recording, checking and making lease payments – monthly rental payments, and hoc payments
- Recording payment and receipt of lease deposits.
- Recording, checking and invoicing of sub lease payments
- Recording new leases, store closures, lease renewals, lease expiries, exercise of options
- Critical date reporting including option exercises and rent review processing.
- General reporting on the portfolio – financial information, critical dates, and
sales analysis to a password protected web site address.
