Additional Reporting Options
Depending on customer needs the following advanced reporting activities can be undertaken:
- Analysis of occupancy costs versus sales, eg. sales per m2, rent as % sales, total occupancy cost as % of
sales.
- Analysis of occupancy costs versus Profit, eg. profit per m2, rent as % profit, total occupancy cost as %
of profit.
- Annual lease cost budgets and annual forecasts as well as “what if
analysis” for seeing impact of changes in key variables.
