Our staff are familiar with property management
practices and approaches. Some of the more common services we
provide are listed below however we are able to provide almost
any service required in the retail property management arena.
Project Management
PEPS provides customers with a total solutions approach, our
dedicated project management team will focus on the critical issues
and keep them on track until the job is complete. All Project
Managers have extensive knowledge in system implementation and
utilise the latest information technology equipment and experience
to bring together the teamwork required to complete the project.
PEPS will manage all aspects of the planning, design, integration,
delivery and support of your project to ensure that the solution
is aligned with your business requirements.
Before delivering the project we ensure that all project goals
and objectives are understood and agreed by both parties. The
critical success factors for the project are addressed and
managed by an experienced PEPS solutions project manager for the
duration of the project. The project manager and key personnel
are available to address further developments or enhancements as
requested.To enable both yourselves and PEPS to effectively
measure the success of the project, PEPS has a single
co-ordination point to accurately track financial, technical and
scheduling aspects of the project. These procedures and reporting
techniques are utilised by all team members.

Performance Management
Custom Analysis All PEPS software systems come with a variety of
standard report and analysis templates for use straight away.
However, customers often desire new or different analysis temples
specific to their needs. PEPS staff are experienced with the Performance
Management tool set and the PEPS database structures. Working with
your staff they develop the analysis tools required by your organisation.The
data does not even have to be resident in the PEPS system, the
flexibility of the Performance Management toolkit means that we
can draw data from other company systems for presentation in combined
reports.

System Set-up and Implementation Workshop
PEPS and Store Development are sophisticated software
tools. In order to ensure that they provide the very highest functionality,
PEPS perform short set-up and implementation workshops. These,
generally, one-day workshops overview the configurable aspects
of the system. Our highly trained client service staff work with
you to understand your property administration processes and configure
the system to match your needs. The results of the workshop are
documented by PEPS and provided to you in a report.

Installation
Your PEPS Project Manager will arrange a date and time convenient
to you for installation of your system. To ensure resources are
available to meet your schedule we recommend that PEPS be given
a minimum of 10 days notice of the planned installation date.
Every installation is given detailed attention and includes:
Pre-installation review of system configuration. Preparation of installation
plan Installation of server software at the prepared location. Installation
of client server software at the prepared location. Performance of confidence
tests to confirm correct operation. Performance of installation and testing to agreed
quality plans. Installation work is performed by PEPS in normal
business hours, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. For
your convenience however, we are pleased to arrange after hours
installations.

Data Conversion
Clients often have existing property management and project
management systems that contain large amounts of data. PEPS is
often able to convert that data directly into PEPS systems. The
first step in performing data conversion is a Data Conversion
Definition Study. Because clients use many different systems to
store their property information, PEPS undertakes a study to
determine the most effective way to convert the data. The study
consists of a one day on-site workshop where our project
management and required technical staff will liase with your
staff to understand your needs and the format of your existing
data. PEPS Client Services staff will then document the workshop
and develop a recommended approach to the data conversion
process. Depending on a variety of factors PEPS may recommend
manual data entry where there would be either lower cost or lower
risk for you.

System Integration
Integration with client accounting systems provides substantial
additional value to a property management solution. PEPS has
experience with the integration of software into a number of
different accounting systems including SAP/R3 and Oracle
Financials. However, because clients all configure their
accounting systems in slightly different ways PEPS undertakes a
study to determine the most effective way to integrate the two
systems. The study consists of a one day on-site workshop where
our project management and required technical staff will liaise
with your staff to understand your needs, the functionality
available with integration and the level of integration
required. PEPS Client Services staff will then document the
workshop and develop a recommended approach to the integration
process.

Training
In order to maximise the value of your new tools PEPS provides
Class Room training. Training can either be delivered at your
location or at PEPS offices and may be delivered in single or
multiple sessions. Training delivery includes multiple copies of
the EPS Professional User Guide and, if training is at your
location,set-up of the training room.

Maintenance and Help Desk Support
Ongoing support and upgrades to the latest software version are ensured
through PEPS's software maintenance and help desk support
processes. The software maintenance offered includes the
following features.
Software Upgrades
PEPS ongoing research and development programme ensures that
new features are always being added to PEPS. As
regular software updates are released they are automatically made
available to maintenance customers at no additional charge. This
ensures that you will always have access to the latest software
release and the latest PEPS features to help you run your business
most effectively. Please note that a fee may apply where PEPS
performs software installation services for software upgrades.
Telephone Help Desk Support
The Telephone Help Desk support line provides customers with unlimited
business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 pm EST, except
gazetted New South Wales holidays) access to our friendly and
helpful customer service staff. They are happy to assist with software
usability questions and support issues. PEPS's knowledge
base, escalation procedures and software ensure that your
questions and requests are answered in the shortest possible
time.
Remote Support
Through our remote support ability PEPS can dial directly into
your PEPS system to perform routine maintenance functions
and provide on line training. This ensures that your system is working
at it best at all times.
The annual maintenance plan provides access to 4 hours of non-accruing
remote dial-up support of your system.
