Property Management System Buyer's Kit

Customers often ask us how they should go about the process of investigating and buying a Property Management System. We thought it would be useful to put together some of our, and our customer's experiences, together into a form that the property management community could easily use.

To that end we have created a Buyer's Kit. It was inspired by the experiences of real people who successfully completed the always complex and often arduous process of selecting a property management system for their organization.

The kit will be expanded over time and currently contains the following:

• How to Choose a Property Management System

A detailed guide explaining property management systems and the process used by successful buyers. This guide is designed to be shared with others in your organization to provide a common framework for evaluating property management systems.

• Sample request for information email

A sample e-mail for your use to poll others in your organization on the requirements for a property management system.

• Cost Estimating Spreadsheet

An MS Excel based cost estimating spreadsheet that lets you compare different vendors and approaches for implementing your property management system.
